At Suku, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. We will be donating 50p from the sale of every band to charities. Some bands will be created with specific charities as beneficiaries. The donations from all other bands will be saved until April each year and 2 or 3 charities will be chosen by members of the SUKU Facebook group to recieve an equal share of the monies collected.
We aim to ship orders within 2 working days. We use Royal Mail and other couriers to ship your orders and delivery time varies dependant upon destination.

When placing an order with us your information is held on our database for shipping purposes only and will not be passed on to any third parties. We use Paypal to collect invoice payments and access your address details. Your details are held by them and are subject to Paypal’s terms and conditions and Privacy policies. We use Royal Mail and other couriers to send your orders and as such they will have access to your address details for delivery purposes, placing an order is deemed acceptance of this use of your address details.
