Service as it should be

Shipping
Orders received before 3pm will usually be posted same day. Orders received after this time will be posted next day. Orders are sent via Royal Mail and delivery time varies upon destination.

Payment
Paypal and Stripe are used to process payments and access your address details. Stripe enables card payments from providers such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.

Refunds
All items are quality checked but if you have any issue with your Sukuband, please email within 7 days of delivery to sukubands@hotmail.com to discuss a refund. In most cases refunds will be given.

Privacy
When placing an order your information is held for shipping and communication purposes only. It is kept securely and your contact details are not passed on to any third parties.

Sizing information
Suku wristbands come in large, medium, small and extra small sizes. Large is 19.5cm, Medium is 18cm, Small is 16cm and extra small is 14.5cm.
Medium will fit most adults. Large gives a looser fitting. Extra small will suit children and young adults with slim wrists.
For comfort, most people prefer the band to be a little loose around the wrist.

The band width varies. The slim bands are 1.5cm and the wide bands are 2.5cm wide.
